ABOUT SZN SOCIAL
SZN Social is a small social media agency based in Melbourne. We primarily work with fashion, beauty and lifestyle ecomm and retail brands.
We specialise in high performing social media strategy, UGC video content creation, paid ads, influencer marketing and social media management.

Our approach to marketing is to focus on entertainment-based social content rather than traditional styles of marketing (which no longer perform well).
We also have our own style TikTok channel @sznofstyle which has over 55k followers where we do style inspo content and often work with brand partners.

SZN has grown from a one-man operation run by social media strategist, Nat Welfare, to a small team with a content studio based in Prahran.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Melb-based ✧ Freelance Contract ✧ 2-3 days per week
​
We're looking for an experienced social media marketer who is the most ridiculously organised person to take ownership over the day-to-day account management of our clients and help to plan out and execute SZN's own marketing activity.
​
This person will work side-by-side with SZN's founder, Nat Welfare, across almost all key parts of the day-to-day running of the business during our high growth phase to allow her to focus on business development and long term planning.
​
This role will suit someone with experience in social media across a variety of brands who enjoys taking ownership over projects and managing them start to finish.
​
*must have a min. 3 days of weekday availability
RESPONSIBILITIES​
-
Managing client accounts and communications across content creation, social media, influencer, paid social
-
Developing social media content plans
-
Managing new enquiries and updating the CRM

Coordinating work for our other specialist contractors
-
Planning and creating social media posts, podcasts and emails for SZN's own marketing
-
Sourcing and managing brand and creator partnerships for our style TikTok.

Filming and editing UGC video content
-
Owning project schedules and ensuring tasks are completed by all involved.
