What's the difference between General Admission and VIP Ticket?

General Admission ticket holders will be able to freely shop the sale during the Preview Evening. VIP Ticket holders will receive a more personalised experienced, including a body shape analysis and recommendations with resident body shape styling expert, Nat.
What if I can't make it? Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Unfortunately, as there are only a small number of tickets made available just before the event, these are non-refundable but you can transfer your ticket to a friend. They will just need to have your name and email on the night as we won't be able to change the details.
How will I know if there's anything there I'll like or in my size?​

We'll be sending out info on sizing available and a select preview of items to give pre-registered attendees as much insight as we can into what's available. But, as with all sales, it's a bit of a luck of a draw and we can't guarantee you'll find something to buy. The Preview Evening ticket just gives you first access and a more peaceful shopping experience.
